North Country Pawn & Auctions hosts weekend consignment & charity auctions.

Now & Then Estate Sales is an estate and moving sale company based in Harrison, Michigan, Clare County. We serve several surrounding counties.

Our mission is to achieve the most profitable sale for our clients.  We conduct Estate Sales & Auctions on behalf of and in the best interests of our clients.

What We Do

We can host your sale at your home or for those wanting to put their property on the market right away; we can host the Estate sale in our 2000 sq ft building. We display your items in an attractive manner on our shelving, tables with tablecloths, locked display cases for jewelry and other valuable items, with all items priced.

We will meet with you at your convenience and discuss your needs and how we can help you. The consultation is free. Our fee is a commission based on the size of the sale and the contents for sale. We ask that you throw away nothing, one persons trash is another person’s treasure. When the sale is completed, we broom clean the house for you, also at no extra charge. We provide all the advertising.
